Business Issue

JPMorgan Chase had received several requests from their customers for Computer-Based Training over the Internet. They also found that they were spending a great deal of money sending trainers out to client locations to conduct training sessions. JPMorgan Chase wanted an interactive system that would enable them to cut travel costs and provide consistent training and a certification system for all customers. PPBH’s experience in strategic interface design and ability to understand their business needs won us the business.

Solution

JPMorgan Chase selected PPBH to design the environment for their Interactive Learning Website. The system was planned, designed and developed to deliver both interactive Flash and HTML training modules as well as a custom testing system. Our contract was to design a user interface that was easy to use and did not encumber the user with navigational obstacles. Our objective was to create a subtle interface and design style that represented the brand of one of the largest banks in the world. In order to verify that our blueprint and interface design had achieved our target, we conducted a brief user focus group wherein we measured the participants travel patterns as they experienced the site. Some minor modifications were made based on our research and the site was released to the JPMorgan Chase client base.
